Jubilant Industries Limited has informed the Exchange regarding 'Disclosure Under Regulation 30 Of SEBI (Listing Obligations And Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015' read with Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015, and in light of the ongoing Corona Virus situation and directives received from the Central & State Governments and local bodies, we wish to intimate that the management of the Company's material unlisted subsidiary, Jubilant Agri and Consumer Products Limited has temporarily discontinued manufacturing operations in plant located at Sahibabad, Uttar Pradesh engaged in the production of Wood Adhesives & Wood Finishes, non-essential services till further directions of Government(s). The complete impact of the same is not ascertainable at this stage since the situation continues to evolve. The Company had already moved to Work from Home policy for all its employees, thereby significantly reducing risk to them in this period. In keeping with our overarching value of Health & Safety, the Company strictly following the health guidelines issued by Government(s) and is acting responsibly to help prevent the Corona Virus from spreading further.
