KSK Energy Ventures Limited with respect to announcement dated 18-Feb-2020, regarding Resignation of Mr NS Ramachandran as Non- Executive Independent Director of the company w.e.f. February 18, 2020. On basis of above the Company is required to clarify following: 1. Confirmation from resigning Independent Director that there are no other material reasons other than provided as per clause 7(B) of para A of Part A of Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.? The response of the Company is awaited.
