Closure of Trading Window

This is with reference to the above mentioned subject and pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 we hereby inform you that the trading window shall remain closed from 1st April 2020 until 48 hours from the announcement/declaration of Audited Financial Results for Quarter and Year ended 31st March 2020.
Accordingly all Directors / Connected persons/ designated persons of the Company have been informed not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window.
