Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Strikes /Lockouts / Disturbances

This is to inform you that Central Government / State Government/ Municipal Corporation has issued directions for closure of all the operation(s) of the organisation/corporate(s) to prevent the spread of Virus COVID-19. Accordingly in compliance to the directives we have closed our manufacturing units with effect from 22nd March 2020.
The resumption of the factory operations would depend on the directions that would be issued by the respective government bodies from time to time.
This communication is in compliance with Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations.
