Sub - Stock Exchange intimation for Stoppage of Construction activities at various Project sites.
In the wake of COVID-19 outbreak and directives across the Central and State Government Authorities many of our sites across the Country are facing acute shortage of labour and building material resources.
As a result all sites are working on sub-optimal level with few sites facing a complete halt in operations. This situation will have adverse financial impact on the Company which is difficult to assess currently. In case the Central or State Government Authorities issues fresh directives on shutdown we shall abide by the same as well.
We will intimate the Stock exchange once we achieve normalcy in operations at our sites. Safety and well-being of the employees remains our top priority in these uncertain situations.
We are hopeful and confident that the measures taken by Government will help to contain the spread of COVID-19.
