This is in continuation to our letter dated s November 2019 intimating you about convening
of the Board Meeting of the Company on Thursday 14th November 2019 for the financial
Year 2019-2020 in said meeting:
The Board of Directors in its meeting held on even date has inter alia:
1) Approved and taken on record the Standalone Un-Audited Financial Results of the
Company for the 2nd quarter and half year ended on so September 2019 for the
Financial Year 2019-2020. A copy of the said results along with the limited review
report is annexed herewith.
