We wish to inform you that the Notice of Postal Ballot along with Explanatory Statement and Postal Ballot Form has been sent/ dispatched on Tuesday 04th February 2020 to all the Members of the Company whose names appear on the Register of Members /List of Beneficial Owners as on the Cut- off date i.e. Friday 24th January 2020.
Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations 2015 we submit herewith the Postal Ballot Notice dated 04th February 2020 along with Postal Ballot Form in Annexure-I for your reference.
The Calendar of Events for the Postal Ballot process is attached herewith as Annexure-II for your reference.
The newspaper advertisement of the Notice of Postal Ballot has been published in Business Standard (Hindi) in Hindi Language and Business Standard (English) in English Language on Tuesday 04th February 2020. A copy of the same is attached herewith as Annexure-III.
