The Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company by way of circular resolution allotted 61049 equity shares to the eligible employees upon exercise of stock options under Employee Stock Option Scheme.
Upon allotment the equity base of the Company stands increased from 86915616 to 86976664 equity shares of Rs. 2 each.
