Elixir Capital Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 14/02/2020 inter alia to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29(1)(a) of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 Notice is hereby given that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday 14th February 2020 at 11.30 a.m. at the Registered Office of the Company inter-alia to consider and approve the following:
1. Approve and take on record the Un-Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2019.
2. To consider any other business with the permission of the Chair.
