Outcome Of The Board Meeting Held On January 29 2020

The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today has inter-alia:
1. Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (Listing Regulations) approved the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Nine Months ended December 31 2019.
2. Reappointed Mr. Prabhakar Karandikar as an Independent Director of the Company upto February 13 2022 subject to approval of shareholders.
3. Appointed Mr. Suhas S. Ganpule Proprietor of M/s SG & Associates as the Secretarial Auditor of the Company.
Please find enclosed the Unaudited Financial Result together with the Limited Review Report for Quarter and Nine Months ended December 31 2019 prepared as per Regulation 33 of the Listing Regulations.
