Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure
Requirements) Regulations 2015 we hereby inform you that in view of the evolving
COVID-19 (Coronavirus Disease 2019) situation and to comply with the directions of
Maharashtra State Government the company has temporarily shutdown its Nashik
Factory located in the state of Maharashtra.
In this evolving situation the overall adverse impact on the operations of the Company
is not immediately assessable.
