We wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company has approved a revised Code of
Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading to Regulate Monitor and Report Trading in Securities and Fair
Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information (Revised Code) in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition
of Insider Trading) (Third Amendment) Regulations2019.
The revised code is effective from November 1 2019 and available on the Companys website at
www.nucleussoftware.com
