In terms of compliance of the Code of conduct adopted by the company for the prevention of the Insider Trading in the securities of the Company pursuant of the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) regulations 2015 trading window of the company is closed for all the Directors and Designated employees of the company from Oct 01 2019 upto forty eight hours after the announcement of results to the Stock Exchanges.
