NUCLEUS SOFTWARE EXPORTS LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 23/10/2019 inter alia to consider and approve This is to inform you that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company would be held on Wednesday the 23rd Oct 2019 for the following purpose:
a) For Approval and Adoption of Audited Standalone financial results of the Company for the Quarter and Half -Year ended September 30 2019;
b) For Approval and Adoption of Unaudited Consolidated financial results of the Company for the Quarter and Half -Year ended September 30 2019;
The financial results duly approved by the Board of Directors shall be declared at the conclusion of the Board Meeting on 23rd Oct 2019.
