Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 please be informed that due to outbreak of COVID-19 and lockdown of the entire country the management has decided to postpone the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting to held on 21st April 2020 to take permission of the shareholders for the issue and allotment of Equity Shares on preferential basis to non-promoters till further notice.
