This is to inform you that in the Board Meeting held on 14th March 2020 the Board of directors have decided the following:
1. To issue 2750000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each of the company to non-promoters on preferential issue basis;
2. To convene the Extra-ordinary General Meeting of the company on Tuesday 21st April 2020 for issuance of Equity shares to non-promoters on preferential basis.
