Syschem India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 14 2020 inter alia has decided the following:
1. To issue 2750000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each of the Company to non-promoters on preferential issue basis.
2. To convene the Extra-ordinary General Meeting of the Company on April 21 2020 for issuance of Equity Shares to non-promoters on preferential basis.
