This is to inform you that the Company had in their Postal Ballot Notice dated 18th February 2020 had intimated that the results of the Postal Ballot were to be announced on or before 27th March 2020. However due to the complete lockdown in India due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic the Scrutinizer and the Registrar are facing practical difficulties and are unable to declare the results to the Company. Hence the Company is not able to declare and publish the results to the members. We hereby assure the Company will ensure that the results are declared as soon as the ongoing situation becomes normal and offices are working as regular so we can comply with the other compliances in connection therewith.
