Further to our letter dt. 5th November 2019 informing you of the Board of Directors Meeting we wish to inform you that at the meeting of the Board of Directors held today (14th November 2019) the Board has:
Approved and taken on record the un-audited financial results for the quarter and period ended 30th September 2019. The results are enclosed herewith for your information / records.
The Limited Review Report is also enclosed for your reference.
Dr. Peter Ryser (holding DIN: 01390610) Independent Director has resigned from the Board of Directors of the Company with effect from conclusion of this meeting and the same has been accepted and taken on record. The Board has recorded its appreciation for the valuable services rendered by him during his tenure as an Independent Director of the Company.
