Corporate Action-Board approves Dividend

Dear Sirs
The Board of Directors has declared an Interim Dividend of Rs.2/- per equity share on face value of Rs.2/- per equity share of the Company for the Financial Year 2019-20.
The Board of Directors has approved January 27 2020 as record date for the payment of the aforesaid interim dividend. The Payment date of the said interim dividend shall be February 4 2020.
