Board to consider Third Interim Dividend

Balkrishna Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on February 14 2020 inter alia to consider and approve Standalone and Consolidated Unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31 2019 and to consider declaration of 3rd Interim Dividend on equity shares for the financial year 2019-20 if any.
The Company has intimated on December 31 2019 vide its letter dated December 30 2019 that the Trading Window Close Period was commenced on January 01 2020 till 48 hours after the financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2019.
The payment thereof shall be credited /dispatched on or after February 27 2020 but within stipulated time to such shareholders as on Record Date if any.
