Closure of Trading Window

We wish to inform you that in terms of Companys Code of Conduct to Regulate Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all designated persons and their immediate relatives from Wednesday 1st January 2020 till conclusion of 48 hours after the declaration of Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended on 31st December 2019 .
The Trading Window shall open 48 hours after the said financial results are declared to BSE Limited. The date of the Board meeting to consider and approve inter alia Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter ending on 31st December 2019 shall be intimated separately in due course.
