Board declares Interim Dividend

Bajaj Holdings & Investment Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 21 2020 inter alia has considered and declared an Interim Dividend of Rs. 40/- (i.e. 400 %) per equity share of Rs. 10/- each.
Futher the aforesaid Interim Dividend shall be credited / dispatched on or around March 09 2020.
