We wish to inform you that pursuant to the Code of Internal Procedure and Conduct for Regulating Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders (Code) the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will remain close for all Directors/ Officers/ Designated Persons/ Connected Persons of the Company from tomorrow i.e. 1st April 2020 up to 48 hours after the declaration of financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2020.
The date of the Board Meeting of the Company for consideration and declaration of the said results will be intimated in due course.
