Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform you that Board has appointed in its meeting held today CS Chaitali Pansari as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer w.e.f January 09 2020 in replacement of CS Gunjan Kataruka. The disclosure pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 is enclosed as Annexure A.
