Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform you that CS Gunjan Kataruka has resigned from the Company and positions held as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer from January 08 2020 (after closure of business hours) Board has accepted the same in todays Board Meeting i.e. January 08 2020.
The Company appreciates the valuable services rendered by CS Gunjan Kataruka during her tenure as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company.
