Pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 as amended by the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations 2018 the Trading Window for dealing in the equity shares of Keynote Financial Services Limited shall remain closed for all designated persons with effect from i.e. 1st January 2020 till the expiry of 48 hours after declaration of Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter and Nine Months Ended 31st December 2019.
