Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Strikes /Lockouts / Disturbances

This is to inform you that due to outbreak of Corona virus and declaration of Covid-19 as pandemic Government of India has taken various safety measures to combat the said
disease. The Government of India and several states have announced health and safety measures. Initially 80 districts were locked down and Honble Prime Minister of India announced Janta Curfew on 22nd March 2020 from 7 A.M to 9 P.M. Thereafter various States and Union Territories were directed to be locked down and subsequently a nationwide lock down was announced by the Honble Prime Minister w.e.f. 00.00 hours of 25th March 2020 for a period of 21 days.
In the light of above pandemic the Company has been taking various precautionary measures to protect employees and workmen their families. As a step in this direction and taking into account the directives of both the Central and State Governments the Company has suspended operations of production and dispatches have been stopped altogether
