With reference to our later dated 23rd March 2020 Considering continuing medical emergency situation due to the Carona Virus in India and in Maharashtra state in the interest of the health and safety of our employees and their family it has been decided to further extend the period of suspension of the operation of our factory situated at Gat No 1425 Shikrapur Tal - Shirur Dist: Pune 412208. This suspension of the operation will be continue till the further notice.
As informed earlier the situation is fast evolving and we are constantly monitoring the developments and will be updated to you accordingly.
This disclosure is being made in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015.
