Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Strikes /Lockouts / Disturbances

Considering present medical emergency situation due to the Carona Virus in India and in Maharashtra state in the interest of the health and safety of our employees and their family it has been decided to completely suspend the operation of our factory situated at Gat No 1425 Shikrapur Tal - Shirur Dist : Pune 412 208 with immediate effect till the 31st March 2020 (Tuesday).
During the period of suspension only essential services like Security Power Furnace Information Technology Support etc. will be operational.
As the situation is fast evolving and we are constantly monitoring the developments and will be updated to you accordingly.
This disclosure is being made in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015.
