1. The Board of Directors (Board) of the Company met today the 8th February 2020 to consider and approve the unaudited financial results of the Company (both standalone and consolidated) for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2019. A copy of the unaudited financial results in the prescribed format reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board along with the limited review report of the Statutory Auditors is enclosed herewith. Also please find enclosed a copy of the press release issued by the Company in this regard.
2. The meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 11.30 AM & concluded at _____ PM.
The Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2019 is also available on Companys website at www.wabag.com.
