Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Resignation of Company Secretary / Compliance Officer

Pursuant to Reg.30 of SEBI LODR Regulations 2015 we would like to intimate that Mr. Satish Chavan Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company has resigned from the post of Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. 10/01/2020.
We would also like to bring to attention that the management was in discussion with existing Company Secretary & Compliance Officer as to requesting him to continue till the Company finds suitable replacement for the post the management thought to accept his resignation and relieve Company Secretary & Compliance Officer upon filling up of vacancy. As now the Company has shortlisted few candidates & will be considering their candidature in forthcoming Board meetingthe management has decided after having mutual discussion with Mr. Satish Chavan to relieve him as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer with his originally requested date of relieving i.e. 10th of January 2020. Hence this intimation is filed with delay.
