With reference to above captioned subject matter we would like to inform you that we have received disclosures pertaining to inter-se transfer of 3000000 equity shares transacted as an off-market transaction between Mr. Punit Makharia and Mr. Gautam Makharia the promoters of the Company as per their gift deed.
