Closure of Trading Window

Pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation 2015 as amended and in accordance with the Companys Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating monitoring and reporting of trading by insiders (the Code) we wish to inform you that trading window for dealing in securities of the Company is closed for Designated Persons of the Company including their immediate relatives from 1st October 2019 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of the Financial Results for the quarter and six months ended 30th September 2019.

The date of Board Meeting for declaration of financial results of the Company for the quarter and six months ended 30th September 2019 will be communicated in due course.
