Please note that the Board of Directors of the Company have at their meeting held on 14th February 2020 inter alia considered and approved the Financial Results (Unaudited) for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2019 alongwith the Limited Review Report of the Statutory Auditors thereon.
A copy of Financial Results (Un-audited) and the Limited Review Report for the quarter ended 31st December 2019 is enclosed herewith.
The aforesaid meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company commenced at 2.30 p.m. and concluded at 4.10 p.m.
