In terms of the provisions of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 and in pursuance to disclosure to the Stock Exchange vide Outcome dated 14th November 2019 this is to inform you that the Allotment Committee of the Company at its meeting held on 13th February 2020 have inter alia considered and approved allotment of 20000000 7% Non-Convertible Non-Cumulative Redeemable Preference Shares of face value of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten Only) each fully paid-up at a price of Rs. 50/- (Rupees Fifty Only) including premium of Rs. 40/- (Rupees Forty Only) aggregating to Rs. 100 crores to Mentor Capital Limited.
