This is to inform you that as per the Companys Insider Trading - Code of Conduct framed pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 (including any amendment(s) modification(s) or re-enactment(s) thereto) the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company by the Insiders will be closed with effect from Wednesday April 1 2020 till 48 (Forty Eight) hours after the declaration of the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31 2020.
