Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations this is to inform you that considering the emergent situation due to the spread of Novel Coronavirus(COVID-19) and to support several initiatives taken by the Central and State Government authorities to contain the pandemic Singer India Limited has been taking continuous steps to respond to the situation and ensure safety of its employees across all its establishments.
In order to safeguard the risks to the health of our employees & customers as well as in line with the advisories from Local State and Central Governmentour Registered office located at Delhi factory located at Jammu would remain closed from 23.03.2020 to 31.03.2020. The closure will be based on the government directives for the respective locations from time to time.
The Company had already moved to work from homepolicy for all its office employees last weekthereby significantly reducing risk to them in this period.
