Pursuant to Companys Code of Conduct SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation 2015 (as amended) the Trading Window of the company for dealing in Companys securities shall remain closed for Designated Persons and their immediate relative(s) with effect from 01st April 2020 till the end of 48 hours after the disclosure of financial results for the quarter and year ending 31st March 2020.
The date of Board Meeting of the Company for review and approval of the Financial Results for the quarter/ year ending 31st March 2020 will be intimated in due course.
