Board to consider Interim Dividend

WABCO India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on March 19 2020 inter alia for considering an Interim Dividend proposal for the year ending March 31 2020.
Further in accordance with the Companys Code of Conduct to regulate monitor and report Trading by Designated Persons in Securities of the Company the Trading Window of the Company remains closed from March 16 2020 till March 21 2020 (both days inclusive) in connection with the declaration of interim dividend.
