Disclosure Under Regulations 30 Of SEBI (Listing Obligations And Disclosure Requirements) Regulation

Pursuant to the Reg 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 and other applicable provisions if any we would like to inform you that the Co. & its Subsidiaries have taken a series of measures in view of the COVID-19 pandemic to ensure safety & health of all our employees workers etc. & to ensure compliance with various directives being issued by the WHO Central Govt. State Govt. & Local Authorities from time to time. As a responsible corporate entity we also believe that health & safety of all our employees & their families are of utmost concern & priority for us. In view of the above the employees working in our various Offices have been provided adequate facilities for working from home based on the directives of the respective local govt. In view of the lock down announced across the country the operations at the Plants situated in the State of Meghalaya and Assam have been temporarily suspended.The overall adverse impact on the operations are not immediately assessable.
