Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we hereby inform you that a request has been received from Mrs. Gita Tiwari (Legal heir of Late Raju Tiwari a shareholder of Star Cement Limited) for issue of duplicate share certificate in lieu of original stated to have been lost.

company.
