Closure of Trading Window

This is to inform you that pursuant to the Code of fair disclosure internal procedures and conduct for regulating monitoring and reporting of trading by Insiders (the Code) of the Company and the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 the Trading Window for dealing in Securities of the Company by Promoters Directors Key Managerial Persons and Designated Persons & their immediate relatives shall remain closed from April 1 2020 till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results by the Company for the quarter / year ending March 31 2020
