Closure of Trading Window

Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation 2015 as amended upto date as well as circular issued by the Stock Exchanges on 2nd April 2019 and The Code of Conduct to Regulate Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders of Rail Vikas Nigam limited (RVNL) it is hereby notified that the Trading Window for dealing in shares of RVNL would remain closed for all Designated persons/Insiders and their immediate relatives from Wednesday 1st April 2020 till 48 hours from the filing of the financial results of the Company for the quarter / year ending 31st March 2020 are made public.
The date of the Board meeting for consideration of the financial results for the quarter / year ending 31st March2020 would be intimated in due course.
The Insider Trading Code is hosted on the Companys website www.rvnl.org.
