Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 it is hereby informed that Shri Amar Prakash Dwivedi (DIN:07122333) Executive Director (PSU) Railway Board and Government Nominee Director of RVNL has conveyed vide his letter no. 2019/ED(PSU)/Misc. dated 13.11.2019 that he has relinquished the charge of the post of the Executive Director (PSU) Railway Board hence he relinquished the post of Government Nominee Director of Rail Vikas Nigam Limited w.e.f. 13.11.2019 as he has been transferred to Northern Railway vide Railway Board Order No. E(O)II-2019/TR/478 dated 01.11.2019.
