This is to inform you that in terms of Companys Code of Conduct to Regulate Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed for all designated persons and their immediate relatives from 1 April 2020 till the conclusion of 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results by the Company for the Financial Year ending 31st March 2020.
