Pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 read with the Companys Code of Conduct to Regulate Monitor and Report Trading by designated persons & their immediate relatives the Trading Window in respect of dealings in the Equity Shares of the Company will remain closed with effect from 31st March 2020 till forty eight hours after the declaration of the audited financial results of the Company for the year ending 31st March 2020.
The date of Board Meeting of the Company for consideration and approval of the audited financial results for the year ending 31st March 2020 will be intimated in due course.
