In terms of the Companys Code of Conduct to regulate monitor and report trading by Designated Persons and pursuant to SEBI ( Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 (as amended from time to time) the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall be closed for all Designated Persons of the Company including their immediate relatives from Wednesday 1st January 2020 till 48 hours after the declaration of the un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31 2019.
