Corporate Action-Board approves Dividend

The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today declared Interim dividend of Rs. 2.25 per equity shares of face value of Rs. 2/- each for the financial year 2019-20.
The Company has fixed March 20 2020 as the record date for this purpose. The said interim dividend will be paid/ dispatched on or before March 31 2020.
