This is to inform you that the Board of Directors at its meeting held today inter-alia considered and approved the issue of Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) on a private placement basis aggregating to Rs. 10000 million to be allotted in one or more tranches with the limits approved by the Shareholders in the Annual General Meeting held on July 31 2019.
